And he doesn't proofread his slides. I'm sure he means "Future Graduates"
FatFinger strikes again!
Might have been running Windows. Maybe. Then again, it didn't crash during the presentation, so maybe it was running OpenBSD?
With so many high profile BSOD why leave it to chance?
whatever happened to "eating your own dogfood"??? obviously, Vista isn't good enough for themselves...
No bluescreen of death for the mighty monkey man  ;-)
ummm, Windows runs on Mac. what is your point?
The spelling mistake is also highly amusing ("graduated" instead of "graduates")...
Hasta la Vista, Microsoft
Notice the spelling error.
So is it really his? Or does it belong to the venue he is speaking at?
I would think it's his, as he'd want to work on his PowerPoint presentation beforehand. As far as I know Office for Windows and Mac are file compatible, so that point is moot. Even if it was the venue's laptop, it had to kill him to think they felt the Mac was more reliable for doing a presentation.
absolutely PRICELESS!
Guess they got tired of Windows crashing on them during presentations...
Since Keynote is the number 1 rated presentation software... I would imagine he's using that instead of the inferior PowerPoint.
Interestingly enough you don't graduate from school. You are graduated. So, he could be referring to those people who, in the future, have been graduated. Although, I would have hyphenated it as an adjective modifying an implied noun "students."
From dict.org:
2. To admit or elevate to a certain grade or degree; esp., in
a college or university, to admit, at the close of the
course, to an honorable standing defined by a diploma; as,
he was graduated at Yale College.
So, future graduated ~could~ make sense.
OK people, don't be daft and do some basic research.
If you Google the right keywords you'll find that this was an event in Belgium, and the "Graduated" typo is an ESL issue that was pervasive in the announcement:

Obviously this presentation was put authored by a Belgian, and assuming the photo wasn't 'Shopped then the Mac belongs to that person.
C'mon now, use your brains.
Ok, that's the end of this debate, otherwise it will degenerate into a flame war, and I will not have that. --Andy
Actually a huge number of Windows users buy MAC Intel hardware, reformat the drive and install Vista. It really isn't that uncommon. Don't be fooled by a logo as to what is actually running on the machine
